Today’s Tradition

There was a time when the relationship between a Financial Advisor and his client was a true partnership. It superseded the relationship either party had with the firm. Financial Advisors had free reign to craft solutions to meet the individual needs of clients.

Evolution has come at a price. Large institutions place their needs before those of their clients. Relationships come second to profits. Financial Advisors are confined to offering one-size-fits-all packages, turning clients into customers.

IJL Financial Advisors, LLC is bringing back the best of yesterday. We encourage our Financial Advisors to learn the specific needs of clients and give the Advisors the freedom and support to meet these needs. We believe that only by serving the people who work for us first, can we have satisfied clients.

We encourage our Financial Advisors to think outside the box in crafting financial solutions for their clients. Advisors have flexibility, without the homogeny caused by bureaucracy. They have direct access to decision makers.

We have resurrected the familial attitude that larger firms have forgotten. Our Advisors, whether onsite or independent, rely on one another to build ideas and get feedback. We bond with one another because we have a common goal: to serve our clients with freedom to find the right solution to solve their financial needs.
